RE: Complaint against ___

Dear Office of Bar Counsel:

The 65 Project claims to be "a bipartisan, nonprofit effort to protect democracy from abuse of the legal system".

CONDUCT GIVING RISE TO THE COMPLAINT

Their first sentence in their complaint against Kurt B. Olsen is filled with false statements, lacking any basis in law or fact.

1) They are attorneys, and a judge who are all Democrats, hardly "bipartisan"

2) They claim to be a "501(c)3 nonprofit" and tax exempt.  But by IRS laws:

Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.

3) They are not protecting democracy or the U.S. Constitution which guarantees a citizen's right to an attorney.  65 Project ruthlessly targets attorneys in an attempt to intimidate them into not representing (mostly Republican and Trump supporting) citizens.  They engage in extra-judicial trial manipulation.  They have caused great problems for good attorneys such as Kurt Olsen.  Even a suspected murderer is entitled to an attorney, because many times the Court and Jury have found suspects to be Not Guilty. 

We citizens do not want fewer choices for an affordable attorney. The 65 Project works against the interests of the citizens they purport to protect.

Their complaints are malicious and hypocritical.  They are no ones to be talking or pointificating about legal ethics.

___'s actions must be scrutinized and disciplined.  For the reaons set forth above, we respectfully request that the Office of Bar Counsel investigate ___'s conduct and pursue appropriate disciplne.
